Last week, our team had the privilege of attending Zander Fryer’s IAL Conference out in San Diego. It was a game-changer—not because of some secret sales script or the latest marketing hack, but because of the deep dive we took into the power of mindset.
HERE’S WHAT HIT HOME FOR US
The Mindset Formula
Success doesn’t start with a strategy—it starts with how you think, feel, and act every single day. Zander’s approach boils mindset down to four essential steps:
Think It: Mental clarity and belief in your vision are non-negotiable. If you don’t see it, you won’t build it.
Feel It: Emotional alignment with your goals keeps you in the game when things get tough. You have to want it in your bones.
Act It: Your daily behaviors must match the identity of the person you’re becoming. Consistency beats intensity.
Become It: Transformation happens when you close the gap between who you are and who you need to be—one decision at a time.
Key Insight: Take ownership of the gaps between thinking, feeling, and acting. Real change happens when all three line up.

Number’s don’t lie…
One of the most eye-opening takeaways was this:
Even if you’re 60% certain you’ll hit your goal, and your actions are 90% aligned, your odds of success are only about 32.6%.
That means mindset isn’t a “nice to have”—it’s the foundation. Every percentage point of belief and action matters.

Don’t attach to every thought:
Be aware
Feel it
Don’t let it dictate your actions
Follow your higher voice, not your “little voice” that wants to keep you small
Most thoughts are on repeat:
60k thoughts a day, 80% negative, 95% the same as yesterday, and 85% never even happen!
Your brain is wired for survival, not success—so you have to consciously reprogram it.
Identity matters:
Ask, “What would my future self do here?”
Create positive stories and train your brain to expect success, not setbacks.
