Leadership is your ability to create clarity when others are confused. To make decisions when others freeze.
To rally your team when things get hard
—and then rally them again.
MY TAKE
I may not say this like a scholar, but my take is this: LEADERSHIP is a combination of several influences.
A leader allows others to follow the vision that is created collectively.
A LEADER gets buy in & is Firm but Fair.
A LEADER builds others in public and only criticizes in private.
A LEADER encourages individualism as long as the Policies and Procedures are followed.
A LEADER blazes a clear and meaningful trail for others to follow.
In simple, a LEADER empowers others through education and delegation then holds them accountable.

Here are some quotes I actually have underlined or highlighted in my own personal copy:

3 KEYS TO STRONG LEADERSHIP
1️⃣ Communicate Clearly
Stop assuming people know what you want. Tell them. Write it down. Make it clear. Then say it again.
2️⃣ Lead by Example
Don’t ask your team to care more than you do. Show them what excellence looks like—then expect it from them.
3️⃣ Take Extreme Ownership
If something breaks, it’s on you. If the team misses a deadline, it’s on you. That mindset will make you a better leader and a better business owner.
THIS WEEK’S ACTION STEPS
1️⃣. Audit your last 3 team meetings—were you casting vision or just putting out fires?
2️⃣. Ask your team what they feel unclear on—then fix it.
3️⃣. Choose ONE area of your leadership to improve this month: clarity, accountability, or encouragement.

Your business can’t outgrow your leadership. If you want a better team, a stronger culture, and a business that scales—you’ve got to lead like it.
