R — Relevant
Does this goal actually matter to your life or business?

T — Time-bound
Put a deadline on it. No timeline = no urgency.

Example:
❌ “I want to grow my business.”
✅ “By June 30, I want to increase monthly revenue by 20% by improving marketing and tightening operations.”

Make it tangible (this part matters)

Don’t just think about your goals — write them down.

Then do one more thing:
Break each goal into the next actionable step you can take in the next 7 days.

Momentum beats motivation every time.
